Individual Therapy
Space for whatever you're actually carrying.
Sometimes you're not in a crisis, you're just at a turning point, or carrying old material that's finally ready to be looked at.
Individual therapy here is unhurried, relational, and oriented toward meaningful change rather than quick fixes.
What individual work tends to cover.
- Anxiety, depression, and mood patterns
- Grief: recent, anniversary, complicated, anticipatory
- Trauma: recent or longstanding, including medical and developmental
- Identity work: career changes, family-of-origin reckoning, sexuality, midlife
- Patterns in relationships you're tired of repeating
- Self-injury, addiction, and recovery-adjacent work
- Big life transitions: divorce, retirement, illness, loss of a parent
How the work goes
What therapy actually looks like here.
My approach is psychodynamic and relational. We look beneath the surface, at the patterns, the history, the parts of you that have been protecting other parts for a long time. And we do it inside a relationship that is itself part of the medicine.
